Increase Campaign Volume
Most brands send too few emails. Add one additional email campaign per week and watch your monthly email campaign revenue rise.

Install Retention.com
Retention.com captures email addresses from unidentified site visitors and automatically enrolls them into your Klaviyo account. This increases list growth and abandonment flow revenue by roughly 20 to 40 percent.

Improve Your Pop-Up Conversion Rate by 2–3x
Sign up for Alia (alialearn.com). Their team will build and install an optimized pop-up for you, and on average we see 2 to 3x higher opt-in rates compared to standard pop-ups.

Reduce Your Klaviyo Bill Properly
Create a segment using these conditions: received email at least 10 times in the last 365 days, has not opened an email in the last 365 days, has not placed an order in the last 365 days. Click “Suppress Current Members” on this segment, then update your Klaviyo plan so you are only billed for active profiles.

Set Up Your Abandoned
Cart Flow Correctly
The most common mistake is using Checkout Started as an abandoned cart trigger. Abandoned Cart should trigger on Added to Cart for shoppers who never reach checkout, while Abandoned Checkout should trigger on Checkout Started for shoppers who abandon checkout. You need both flows because they capture different buyer intent.

Capture Email Signups From Instagram Using ManyChat
Post on Instagram and ask users to comment a keyword. ManyChat automatically sends a DM and captures their email address, turning organic engagement into owned subscribers without ads.

Build the 8 Core Email Flows
Simply setting up these 8 email flows will get you about 80 percent of the way there: Welcome Flow 5 emails, Abandoned Cart Flow 5 emails, Abandoned Checkout Flow 5 emails, Browse Abandonment Flow 5 emails, Site Abandonment Flow 2 to 5 emails, Post Purchase Flow 5 to 8 emails, Winback Flow 3 emails, Sunset Flow 2 emails.

Add an Espresso Shot Flow
Create a flow triggered when someone clicks an email but does not purchase, wait 30 to 60 minutes, then send a short plain text email from the founder with a time limited offer to recover high intent clicks.
Tip #9
Re-Send Top Campaigns With a Discount
Take your best non discount campaigns and resend them during sales with an offer added to capture additional revenue.

Send a Final Hours Email
On the last day of a sale, send two emails: your regular send plus a short final hours email in the evening to maximize urgency and conversions.
