Collars & Co. is one of Mark Cuban’s most successful Shark Tank investments and one of the fastest growing menswear brands in the United States. Over the last five years, they’ve grown rapidly and are now on pace for 9 figures in annual sales, evolving from their hero product, the Dress Collar Polo™ (a blend between a polo and dress shirt collar), into a full menswear store featuring polos, sweaters, blazers, pants, shoes, and more.
Prior to working with us, their founder knew they could improve their email and SMS marketing. The design was subpar, the copy lacked the premium feel the brand deserved, and their flows weren’t optimized for their scale. At the time, they were generating about $1M per month through Klaviyo.
After implementing our strategy, we took their campaign revenue contribution from 17% to 25% of the brand’s monthly revenue and increased their overall email and SMS contribution to approximately 50% of total sales. We helped scale their Klaviyo revenue from $1M per month to where it is today, approximately $5M per month.

When Collars & Co. first approached us, they were already a successful brand backed by Mark Cuban and scaling rapidly toward 9 figures in annual sales. However, their email and SMS marketing wasn’t reflecting the premium positioning they wanted to convey.
Their email design was subpar and didn’t match the quality of their product. The copy sounded generic and lacked the brand’s voice. Their flows were underoptimized for a brand at their scale. While campaigns were generating revenue and contributing 17% to monthly sales, they lacked a strategic calendar, proper segmentation, and the higher send frequency needed for a fashion brand to maximize their potential.
As a result, they were generating approximately $1M per month through Klaviyo, leaving significant revenue on the table for a brand of their size and growth trajectory.

Now going into our third year of partnership, Collars & Co.’s email and SMS marketing has become a cornerstone of their growth. Their email and SMS program has generated the profit needed to scale their front-end acquisition further, which has helped them grow so rapidly. We scaled their campaign strategy to 10 emails per week across multiple segments, organizing campaigns around product education, category focus, and social proof featuring brand ambassadors like NFL legends Tiki Barber and Greg Olsen. Campaign revenue grew to over $3M per month.
