Negrini Cases has been in business for over 40 years as one of the premier brands in the firearm case industry, specializing in premium Italian leather gun cases for travel and airline transport.

Within just 6-8 weeks of partnership, Negrini Cases’ email marketing went from an inconsistent, underutilized channel to a major revenue driver for their business.

We started by implementing a new pop-up with a clear 10% off offer and improved design, significantly increasing their list growth rate. Next, we built out their core email flows from scratch, including Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Abandoned Cart, and Post-Purchase sequences. These flows began generating revenue within hours of launch. We then scaled their campaign strategy from 1-4 emails per month to a consistent schedule of four to six emails per week, focusing on product education, new releases, and seasonal promotions.
