Prior to working with us, they were already using Klaviyo, but Tim, their E-commerce Director, felt their email channel wasn’t fully utilized. We implemented a new pop-up design with a $30 offer, reaching a 6% conversion rate. We improved their eight core flows, lengthening them from 1-2 emails to 3-5 emails and tailoring messaging to each stage of the customer journey while ensuring brand alignment.
