Ranch Fuel is a Texan energy drink brand marketed as “America’s Energy Drink,” offering zero-sugar energy drinks that provide clean energy, mental focus, and endurance for western lifestyle enthusiasts and the rodeo sports community.

We partnered with Ranch Fuel from their launch date, when they were generating zero dollars in email revenue. The brand grew rapidly, reaching a $2M per year run rate within the first 90 days, but their email marketing needed to be built from the ground up.

After establishing their Klaviyo account from scratch, we built out their core email flows and implemented a strategic campaign calendar of 4 emails per week. Within just 2 months, Ranch Fuel was generating $40,000 per month through Klaviyo, representing 40% of the brand’s total monthly revenue.

When Ranch Fuel first launched, the two founders were entering a competitive energy drink market with an innovative product targeting western lifestyle enthusiasts and the rodeo sports community, but no email marketing infrastructure.

As a startup launching from zero, they needed to build their email system from the ground up.
