Prior to working with us, their attention was focused on wholesale and retail accounts, with little bandwidth for direct-to-consumer. Their small team of four was stretched thin handling email marketing in-house. While they had started using Klaviyo, they knew there was significant untapped potential in upsell, cross-sell, and follow-ups.
